Acculine Pty Ltd, Australia's leading manufacturer and supplier of door and wall protection systems and architectural movement joint covers, is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Estimator / Internal Sales Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable supporting estimating and quoting, and who also has strong communication skills for phone-based customer support and internal sales.
You'll help customers from enquiry through to quote and order, with a solutions-focused approach and attention to detail.Assistant Estimator / Internal Sales AssistantAcculine Pty Ltd | Broadmeadows, VIC (on-site)Key responsibilitiesEstimating & quoting supportAssist with estimating, scope review, and preparing accurate quotes and proposalsPrepare and review project mark-ups (e.g., Bluebeam) to confirm scope and requirementsAssist with preparing shop drawings where requiredRequest and follow up supplier pricing, clarifications, and supporting information (RFIs where required)Support tender processes, documentation, and deadlinesMaintain estimating workflow and inbox managementInternal sales & customer communicationHandle inbound enquiries via phone and email with transparent, professional communicationBuild rapport with customers, identify needs,



and provide timely solutionsPrepare quotes using agreed pricing structures and/or project pricingMaintain accurate records and job documentation in internal systems (e.g., CRM / SharePoint)Order & coordination supportAssist with order processing and ensure documentation is complete and correctly filedSupport procurement/admin coordination (ordering, tracking, and internal follow-ups)Liaise with internal teams (including production) to keep work progressing smoothlyAbout youExperience in estimating/quoting support (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)Ability to prepare shop drawings (or willingness to learn)Confident communicator—comfortable on the phone and able to build trust with customersStrong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesOrganised, reliable, and proactive in a busy environmentExperience with tools such as Salesforce/CRM, SharePoint, Bluebeam, EstimateOne/Cordell, Ostendo is well regarded (training can be provided depending on experience)What you'll getFull-time position based on-site in Broadmeadows, VICA supportive environment and the chance to work with a great teamVariety across estimating support, internal sales, and customer serviceOpportunity to develop your estimating and commercial skills within a growing business
