The project includes a new washplant, tailings processing facility, switchrooms and associated mine-services infrastructure.Working alongside our commissioning engineers, E&I; technicians, electricians and project leadership team, you will lead the safe transition of newly installed electrical systems and process equipment from construction completion through to operational handover.What's On OfferCompetitive EA rates, penalties and applicable site allowances — $***** full-time or $***** casual, plus a $3.00 site allowance for all hours workedConsistent 2:1 roster with strong project hoursFIFO and DIDO opportunitiesProject continuity through to late ****Experienced onsite leadership, engineering and HSEQ supportOngoing opportunities across CE Group's mining, energy, industrial and infrastructure project pipelineKey responsibilitiesLead electricians and E&I; technicians across pre-commissioning, cold commissioning, hot commissioning and operational handoverCoordinate daily work fronts, crew allocations, commissioning priorities and interfaces with construction, engineering, vendors and operationsOversee the testing and commissioning of MCCs, switchboards, VSDs, motors, pumps, conveyors and associated process equipmentManage energisation planning, isolations, LOTO, permits, pre-starts and other commissioning safety requirementsEnsure ITRs, test sheets,



punch lists, handover records and commissioning documentation are completed accuratelyMonitor safety, quality, progress and productivity while managing faults, defects, constraints and outstanding workAbout youCurrent Queensland Electrical Licence or equivalent eligibility to work in QueenslandCurrent Mine Supervisor qualifications — G1, G8 and G9Demonstrated experience supervising commissioning activities within mining, minerals processing, industrial or major construction environmentsStrong knowledge of electrical testing, fault finding, MCCs, switchboards, motors, VSDs, isolations, LOTO and energisation proceduresCurrent CPR/LVR, First Aid, Construction White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space qualificationsCurrent Coal Board or MMQ Medical completed within the past five yearsAbout usCE Group is helping power the infrastructure, industries and communities shaping Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
