They deliver outstanding turnkey projects at speed, without compromise on safety or quality.About the RoleThey are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join the Quality & EHS function in Sydney.
Reporting to the Q-EHS Director, you will ensure quality management systems, processes and controls are effectively implemented and maintained across their construction projec
ts.Working closely with Project Teams, Site Management and the wider Q-EHS function, you will embed quality requirements into day-to-day project delivery, support assurance activities and drive continuous improvement in line with company standards, regulatory requirements and client expectations.Key ResponsibiliesSupport the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects and sitesAssist with compliance against applicable quality standards, certifications (including ISO) and regulatory requirementsParticipate in internal and external quality audits, inspections and assurance reviews, and maintain accurate records for audit readinessWork with Project Managers and Site Teams to integrate quality requirements into project planning, execution and deliveryReview project quality documentation, including inspection and test plans, quality records and handover documentationUndertake quality inspections and reviews across active projects, documenting findings and agreed actionsSupport the close‐out of non‐conformances,
defects and corrective actions, including root cause analysis and CAPA processesPromote a culture of quality awareness, accountability and continuous improvement across project and site teamsCollaborate with Q‐EHS colleagues to align quality, safety and environmental management systemsAbout You:Degree or formal qualification in Quality Management, Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience in a Quality Management or Quality Assurance role within construction or project‐based environmentsStrong working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality assurance processesExperience supporting audits, inspections and compliance activitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to operate effectively in rapid‐paced, multi‐project environmentsISO Lead Auditor or similar quality‐related certificationExperience supporting quality systems across multiple projects or sitesExposure to continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or SixSigmaFamiliarity with digital quality management or reporting systemsThis is a genuine opportunity to join an international business at the forefront of some of the most exciting technical construction projects in the market.
