We are looking for a proactive Rental Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in managing our expanding fleet of rental equipment.This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Australia's leading equipment suppliers, supporting customers across civil construction, earthmoving, mining and infrastructure projects.About the RoleAs the Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of our rental fleet, ensuring equipment is delivered on time, customers receive exceptional service, and fleet utilisation is maximised.Working closely with the Sales, Service and Transport teams, you'll ensure every hire runs smoothly from enquiry through to off-hire.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily rental bookings and equipment availability.Prepare quotations, hire agreements and rental documentation.Liaise with customers regarding deliveries, collections and equipment requirements.Schedule transport and logistics for equipment movements.Work closely with the workshop to ensure machines are serviced,
