As Warehouse Coordinator, you will take responsibility for warehouse administration, inventory reporting, freight coordination, planning, and operational reporting, while also managing service requests for our Access Solutions division.This is a hands‐on coordination role that combines customer service, systems administration, inventory management, and logistics planning, working as part of a close-knit local team, for a German based organisation with a global footprint.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain warehouse capacity planning schedulesSource freight quotations and coordinate transport bookings Process customer shipments, warehouse assemblies, and goods receipt transactions within the ERP system Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are captured correctly Manage and coordinate service calls from initial request through to resolution Liaise with internal teams, technicians, service providers, and customers to ensure timely completion of service requests Monitor and reconcile inventory movements within third‐party logistics (3PL)
