Join our world and let's do good things together.About The RoleWe're looking for a creative and detail-driven Assistant Designer to join our Cotton On Menswear team.For someone with a passion for fashion, culture and product, this is an opportunity to learn from an experienced team while contributing to the future direction of the brand.
You'll help uncover emerging trends, explore new ideas and support the development of product that feels exciting, relevant and uniquely ours.Working across the design journey from concept through to sample, you'll build strong technical and creative skills while bringing energy, curiosity and a fresh perspective to the team.
We're looking for someone with a great eye, a love of product and an eagerness to grow as a designer while helping create product that inspires our customer.You willSupport the design and development of product aligned to brand DNA,



customer needs and commercial outcomesAssist in translating trend and buying direction into relevant, wearable product across categoriesSupport development from concept to sample, ensuring accuracy, quality and fitAssist in creating CADs, tech packs and design specsPartner with Buying, Trend and Production to support delivery to the critical pathSupport sample development, fit sessions and updates to design specificationsTake ownership of selected styles or components within a categoryUse feedback and performance insights to continuously refine and improve productIf you love product, have a strong eye for detail and are excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.Skills & ExperienceQualification in Fashion Design or a related fieldExperience in an Assistant Designer or similar role within a fashion or retail environmentA solid eye for trend-led product that resonates with our customerUnderstanding of garment construction, materials and development processesHigh attention to detail across all stages of design and developmentGrowing commercial awareness and understanding of product performanceStrong collaboration skills across Design, Buying and ProductionAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines within a critical path environmentA proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously build capabilityBenefitsCompetitive salaryFlexible working options & people-first leave initiativesAccess to our world-class Support Centre,
