We are a Sydney based building company and are currently seeking an experienced full time Site Engineer to join our team.
As part of your role, you will also manage Contract Administration.
This position offers the prospect to develop a diverse skill set with the potential to lead to a Project Management role in the future.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with Head Contract including progress claims, variations and correspondenceManage subcontract tender processes, including evaluation, negotiation and risk assessmentAdminister subcontracts including payment claims, invoices, variations and correspondenceMaintain contract documentation and ensure complianceMonth end reporting and forecastingLiaise effectively with all subcontractors,



designers and suppliers to maintain professional and reliable working relationshipsManage I.T.P and Quality ControlMonitor and update program as requiredSkills and ExperiencesA minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within AustraliaSpecific experience in residential building construction projects is requiredPreferably degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related fieldProficient in Procore, MS Word, MS Project, Excel, MS Access and OutlookFamiliar with National Construction Code, Australian Standards and WHSE legislationAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications and scope of workExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing project conditionsAustralian work authorisation is required for this positionBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
