and recruitment supportSupervise office operations, IT, insurance renewals, and supplier relationshipsSupport compliance with business policies and regulatory requirementsProvide executive support to the Managing Directors, including diary and travel managementCoordinate team events, conferences, and industry awardsLiaise with external partners such as accountants, lawyers, and marketing providersWhat you need:Prior experience in office management, operations, or executive administrationBookkeeping, payroll, or finance background; Xero experience highly regardedStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsProactive approach to process improvement and problem-solvingExcellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship managementAbility to work independently and deliver results in a hands-on environment
