You will be responsible for:Coordinating all Domestic and International travel and accommodation for the SLT;Managing two very full and hectic diaries / calendars;Document and agenda preparation for Department meetings;Acting as the internal communicator throughout the business;Working with the Event Manager and Project Manager to coordinate and deliver key business conferences and events; andExpense management and reconciliation.To be considered for this position,



you will need:Solid Executive Assistant experience supporting 2+ individuals;Domestic and International travel coordination experience;Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills;Professional and confident communication skills; andThe ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding role where the occasional after-hours contact will be expected.Interviews will be held immediately so please apply now and good luck!
