In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing high-quality care and early education to the children in our centre.What you'll be doingPlan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities and experiences for childrenAssist with the supervision and care of children, ensuring their safety, wellbeing and developmentBuild positive relationships with children and families, fostering a nurturing and inclusive environmentMaintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirementsActively participate in team meetings and career development opportunitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of the service's programs and policiesWhat we're looking forA relevant childcare qualification, or interest in starting a relevant childcare qualification/ traineeship, such as a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children,
