Interchange Outer East (IOE) is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Allied Health and Behaviour Support team.

support workers and other stakeholdersWork collaboratively with participants, families and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve positive outcomesThis role is based in Ferntree Gully and may require occasional work outside standard business hours to meet participant, family and organisational needs.About youYou'll bring:A relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or another discipline recognised by the Victorian Senior PractitionerExperience working with people with disabilities and their familiesKnowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and a strong commitment to human rights-based practiceExperience supporting people with behaviours of concernExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA collaborative approach and the ability to work independentlyInitiative, flexibility and a genuine passion for improving outcomes for participantsDiversity and InclusionInterchange Outer East values diversity and inclusion.
