You may already be an experienced tradesperson capable of running jobs independently, or you may be younger, motivated and ready to learn.The workDepending on your experience, your work may include:Residential plumbing and drainageNew homes, renovations and extensionsGeneral plumbing maintenance and repairsHot-water system installations and replacementsWater leaks, blocked drains and drainage repairsRoof plumbing and stormwater repairsRainwater tanks, pumps and filtration systemsCivil plumbing and drainage installationsCommercial sanitary drainage and trade-waste systemsWastewater treatment plant and septic system installationsLand application areas and treated-effluent disposal systemsPump wells, pump stations and associated pipeworkHDPE pipework and electrofusion weldingUnderground water and drainage servicesExcavation, trench preparation, pipe bedding and backfillingTesting, commissioning and compliant completion of installationsOur current workload includes residential new builds, property maintenance,



rural wastewater systems, advanced secondary treatment plants, commercial hydraulic installations and civil drainage projects across the Sunshine Coast.What we are looking forYou will ideally have:A Queensland plumbing and drainage licence, or be completing your fourth yearExperience in residential plumbing, new builds or maintenanceA strong work ethic and pride in the quality of your workThe ability to work independently and as part of a small teamGood communication and customer-service skillsA practical approach to problem-solvingA current driver's licenceA solid understanding of workplace safetyReliability and a positive attitudeExperience with excavators, civil drainage, wastewater systems, HDPE, maintenance or commercial plumbing will be highly regarded but is not essential for the right person.What we offer$50–$70 per hour, depending on experience, ability and employment arrangementFull-time, part time or contractor optionsA varied mix of residential, new-build, maintenance, civil and commercial workOpportunities to develop specialised wastewater, drainage and HDPE skillsHands-on training and support where requiredModern equipment, including excavation and electrofusion equipmentWork primarily across the Sunshine CoastA small team where your effort and experience are genuinely valuedThe opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the business growsWe understand that the best tradespeople are not always actively looking for another job.
