We aim to deliver exceptional, compassionate care and service tailored to individual choices, provided in a professional and courteous manner.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, proactive, and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team in a newly created, flexible part-time role (2 days per week).
This is a true HR generalist position where you can take ownership of the People & Culture function.
You will touch every part of the organisation—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, industrial relations, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.If you are organised, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at building strong relationships in a rapid-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make the role your own and create a lasting positive impact on our staff, our organisation, and the community we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate seamless onboarding, employee contract variations,
and offboarding processes.HR Administration & Documentation: Prepare employment contracts, maintain HR systems, and ensure precise employee record-keeping.Advisory & Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for HR advice, employee enquiries, and guidance on internal processes.Recruitment & Selection: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment efforts and maintain clear candidate communications.Reporting & Compliance: Produce HR metrics/workforce reports and assist with WHS administration and regulatory compliance activities.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and continuously improve HR processes, tools, and workflows.About YouExperience: Proven experience working within a Human Resources or People & Culture team (aged care experience is a plus, but not essential).
Skills: Exceptional administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of connecting with staff at all levels.Mindset: A collaborative, proactive approach with a genuine passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture and employee experience.
