Support Workers will deliver high quality services to clients through:Domestic assistance and general household duties including mopping, vacuuming and preparing mealsSocial Supports and accessing the communityMedication assistance and health support including accessing medical servicesPersonal Care and supporting clients to maintain personal hygiene and groomingSupport and empower clients to achieve their personal goalsWhat we're looking for:A team playerSomeone with the ability to be adaptable, strong and resilient in various challenging situationsExperience with personal care, medications,
