As a support worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our aged and disabled clients, providing personalised and compassionate care to help them live independently.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light household dutiesProviding individualised support to clients with complex needs, including those with physical, cognitive, or mental health challengesMonitoring client health and wellbeing, and reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate care teamLiaising with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a collaborative approach to client careMaintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentationAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures,



and industry regulations to ensure the highest standards of careWhat we're looking forCompletion of a Certificate III in Individual Support or Enrolled Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registrationDemonstrated experience in providing high-quality care to aged or disabled clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with clientsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on client-centred careA genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable individualsA current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleWillingness to undergo a National Police CheckCurrent NDIS / Working with children's check and NDIS orientation moduleHLTHPS006 or equivalent competency training or willingness to completeWeekend availability is a must!
