This is a place to learn, ask questions and take on more as you're ready.Position ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFsSupport the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG obligations across a range of client structuresWork alongside Partners and senior team members to deliver great outcomes for clientsContribute to tax and advisory work for a diverse client portfolioBuild and develop long-term client relationships through proactive, reliable serviceLiaise with the ATO and other statutory authorities on behalf of clientsParticipate in training sessions, technical workshops, team meetings and social eventsContribute to the continued growth and success of the Griffith officeAbout You0–3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting practice (recent graduates are welcome to apply)Working towards, or planning to commence, the CA ProgramBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related disciplineSolid technical accounting knowledge, or a genuine eagerness to build itExperience with APS accounting software (highly regarded but not essential)Good written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive, motivated and genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop professionally
