As our Sales Co-ordinator, you'll work alongside an experienced sales team supporting major national conferences, international incentive groups and corporate events, while developing valuable commercial and client relationship skills.This is more than an administration role, it's an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in venue sales, event planning and business development within one of Australia's premier event venues.THE ROLEYou'll be a key member of the Sales team, co-ordinating a wide variety of activities that help convert opportunities into confirmed events, including:Preparing skilled proposals, quotations and contracts for clientsSupporting the sales process from enquiry through to confirmed bookingManaging local market enquiries and assisting with repeat business opportunitiesCoordinating client site inspections, familiarisation programs and venue presentationsWorking closely with clients and internal departments to ensure a seamless handover to our Events teamMaintaining our CRM and business management systems to support sales activityAssisting with marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to generate new businessGathering client feedback and identifying future opportunitiesAttending industry events, networking opportunities and venue showcasesResearching market trends and competitor activity to support business growthABOUT YOUYou're someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities,
