Third Wave BBQ in Albert Park (Melbourne) is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to help run our flagship kitchen.
You will support the Head Chef, lead a robust team, maintain high standards of food quality, and push the brand forward with bold, creative specials.The role is full-time, including nights and weekends, with salary in the $80k–$90k+super range.
Based at our Albert Park venue, you'll mentor staff, drive efficiency, and help manage food costs while ensuring safety and compliance.
