About the roleAs a Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be key to ensuring products are received, assembled, and dispatched accurately,



while supporting the sales function through quoting and customer enquiries where needed.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accuratelybooking and coordinating freight across multiple carriersreceiving and processing incoming overseas container deliveriesconducting regular stock takes and inventory reportingproduct assembly and kit formation to customer specificationsanswering phone and email enquiries professionallypreparing commercial quotations from tender documents and project requirements (full training provided)maintaining an organised and safe warehouse environmentWhat we're looking forFull Australian working rights essentialWarehouse, trade distribution or logistics experience essentialStrong attention to detail & ability to perform manual handling tasksGood communication skills and a customer-focused attitudeExperience with freight booking platforms or transport management systemsBasic quoting or sales support experience advantageousForklift licence (LF) advantageousPlumbing, HVAC or building services industry experience advantageous.
