About the Role...As a First Nations Employment Coach, you'll provide job search, resume assistance, interviewing coaching and workplace readiness support.
You'll work closely with individuals facing barriers to employment, helping them gain confidence and secure sustainable job.This is an identified position for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Role Responsibilities:Assess individual's needs and create tailored pathways to employment for First Nations PeoplePerformance focused and work to individual targets and KPI'sParticipant support and coachingJob search, resume and cover letter supportInterview coachingIdentify and coordinate referrals to internal and external supportsCase management and documentationContinuous improvement and professional developmentMaintaining strong relationships with customers and employers / community partnersWhat we're looking for:Understanding of trauma-informed practice and its application in employment servicesExperience in Employment Services,
