About the Role We are seeking an experienced and energetic Venue Manager to lead the daily operations of our venue and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is passionate about team development, and has a strong commercial mindset.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of venue operations, including staff management, customer service, financial performance, compliance, and overall venue presentation.
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue from Opening to Close Lead, train,



and motivate front and back-of-house teams Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences Monitor venue performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets Manage rosters, labour costs, and inventory control Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and promotional activities Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence About You Previous experience in a Venue Manager, Operations Manager, or Hospitality Manager role Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Commercially driven with solid financial acumen Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Strong understanding of hospitality operations and compliance requirements Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
