We represent clients across the state and are proud of our"No Win, No Fee"guarantee—ensuring our clients are never out of pocket.What sets us apart is our culture: we value professionalism, collaboration, and genuine care for both our clients and our team.About the RoleThis is afully remote, paralegal rolesupporting solicitors in the effective management and progression of Super/TPD matters.You will be trusted to manage your workload independently while being supported by experienced leadership and a team-oriented team environment.Key responsibilities include:Assisting solicitors with end-to-end file management of Super/TPD claims, from lodgment through to resolutionReviewing policy documents, PDS, and trust deeds to identify relevant TPD definitions and assess claim eligibilityLiaising with clients, superannuation funds, insurers, claims assessors, medical specialists, and other third partiesPreparing and lodging TPD and superannuation claim applications, including drafting correspondence and letters of instructionCollating and reviewing medical, vocational, and employment evidence to support claim submissionsDiarising and monitoring insurer/trustee claim timeframes,
and following up on outstanding or overdue claim decisionsPreparing submissions and responses to insurers following claim assessments or requests for further informationAssisting with escalation of declined or delayed claims to internal dispute resolution (IDR) and external bodies such as AFCARequesting and managing records from Medicare, Centrelink, WorkCover Queensland, and other relevant providersGeneral administrative tasks associated with running Super/TPD filesAbout YouYou are an experienced, reliable, and proactive paralegal who takes pride in producing high-quality work and supporting clients through difficult circumstances.You will bring:5+ years' experienceas a Paralegal inSuper/TPDin any Australian jurisdiction (essential)Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with clientsThe ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while contributing to a teamHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating tasksIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS TeamsUnderstanding of superannuation, insurance, and TPD claim processes, including IDR/EDR and AFCA procedures (advantageous but not essential)Ability to interpret policy wordings, PDS documents, and trust deeds to assess claim eligibilityWhat We OfferFully remote workAstable, long-term career roleSupportive and approachable leadershipOngoing internal and external professional developmentA positive, values-driven firm cultureCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceIf you are an experienced Paralegal seeking a genuine career opportunity with flexibility, support, and purpose, we would love to hear from you.
