Weare searchingfor additional outstandingAllied Health or Medical Receptionists specifically to join our Southport team!
The successful candidates will share responsibility for the day to day management of our reception desk, as well as the completion of a variety of administration tasks.
You will work in a supportive andfriendly environment, with dedicated Physiotherapists and Administration Staff, who create quality service and a outstanding team ethic.Our ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in an allied health or medical front desk roleKnowledge of Medicare,



DVA and Private Health Fund Claims through HICAPS along with the Tyro Online payment systemAbility to be flexible with working hours and locations (covering staff on leave)Ability to work as an enthusiastic team member, to use initiative and multitaskProven ability to work within a team and also to work independentlyExcellent telephonemannerPositive attitude and passionate about delivering a high level of customer serviceWarm and friendly personalityResponsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Maintaining clinic diaries (Cliniko software training provided)Welcoming patients and recording patient detailsMaintaining stationery and clinic supply stocksMaintaining clinic and reception areasPerforming other administration tasks as directedOur operating hours vary between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday, we don't open on weekends.
