travel and shoppingFree flu vaccinationsUse of workshop facilities for personal useKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead and coordinate all spare parts operations to meet internal and external customer needsSupervise and mentor a Spare Parts Interpreter Trainee, fostering their growth and on-the-job learningSource quotes, manage procurement, receive and dispatch partsControl stock levels for both consumables and job-specific allocationsManage inward/outward freight, warranty processes, and supplier returnsMaintain inventory systems in line with lean principles and best practiceLiaise with workshop, field service, and admin teams to anticipate and meet job requirementsDrive improvements in inventory systems, purchasing, and stock managementProvide high-level customer service and support to internal stakeholdersPerform stocktakes and support system accuracyABOUT YOUSound mechanical knowledge or trade backgroundExperience in a spare parts, inventory, or procurement leadership roleConfident leader with the ability to supervise and coach junior team membersStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookForklift licence (desirable)Enjoy solving problems, taking initiative, and seeing things throughREADY TO APPLY?
