About theroleAn opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-established, and respected organisation, who are one of the leaders within their industry, both locally and globally.
The ideal candidate for this role has had Payroll experience in a high volume, end to end capacity using the software SAP comfortably to assist a smooth transition into a supportive team.The ResponsibilitiesEnd to end payroll for 500+ employeesManage the full spectrum of employee life-cycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Balancing the priorities of multiple payrolls and the volume and urgency of transaction requests from employees and team leadersDrive continuous improvement initiatives in payroll and HR processes, leveraging your critical thinking skills and attention to detail.Interpretation and actioning of transactional queries related to Individual Contracts, Awards,
EBA and in-country legislationsCollaborate closely with HR and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional customer services through on time delivery, accuracy, and effective P&C; and Payroll ServicesThe successful applicant will haveMinimum 3-5 years experience in Payroll, ideally within a large-scale organisationMinimum 1-2 years experience in HRExperience with SAP and Kronos desirableExperience with interpreting multiple industry awardsStrong Excel and numeracy skills is very importantExcellent attention to detail and critical thinking skillsCultureThe team and company prides itself on the values of compassion, quality, and fun.
