This role is perfect for a motivated leader with a flair for clienteling and a love for luxury retail.Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business performance while inspiring, developing, and nurturing a high-performing team.
You'll also help ensure the store consistently delivers a world-class brand experience.This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) on a Tuesday–Saturday roster.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:
Support and execute key business strategies to drive sales and store performanceTeam Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop a passionate team to achieve their full potentialClienteling & Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal clienteleCustomer Relationship Management: Manage the customer database and lead in-store promotional eventsStore Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, inventory, and housekeeping to the highest brand standardsSkills and Experience2–4 years' experience in retail management (premium or luxury experience highly regarded)Strong understanding of specialty retail, including visual merchandising, operations, and business developmentProven leadership and team management skillsConfident computer skills and systems experienceExceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to foster long-term client connectionsWhy Join Us?
