Operating as an integrated property solutions provider for over 15 years, the firm brings more than 55 years of combined experience to the table, specialising in building management, property management, and settlement services.Your DutiesSharing your time between two sites:A super-lux brand current build in Dee WhyA boutique building in Manly, this role will see you responsible for:Effective management of all contractors on site, including performance, and ensuring work is carried out to a high standardEnsuring all building procedures are maintainedLiaising with Owners,



Executive Committee members and Service providersProviding guidance and advice on annual expenditure and budgetsWorking hand in hand with the Defects CoordinatorMaintaining up-to-date documentation and complianceAttending scheduled Committee meetings and Annual General MeetingsWhat's in it for you?
