This individualwill lead the Change and Adoption team's WalkMe capability and support theexecution of digital adoption initiatives across Flight Centre Brand, to ensurethe organisation is getting the most out of its digital assets.As the Digital Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for helping the businessstrategically drive adoption and engagement with our enterprise software.
Youwill work closely with stakeholders throughout the organisation, including theFCB PMO team, Operations and Learning and Development, to develop and execute aholistic strategy based on value and impact with a strong focus on userexperience.
You are responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness ofWalkMe-related systems and processes, productivity, data integrity, processconsistency, documentation and training.Candidates must be based in Brisbane, or willing to relocate.
What you will be doing:Assess needs quick, design creative solutions, measure results, and iterate todrive better outcomesOwn the WalkMe backlog and roadmap,
