We also deliver civil construction projects throughout NSW.Full time and consistent work hoursLong-term opportunity for the right person to be part of a growing companyVariety of projects and experienceSalary can be negotiated for the right candidateAbout the Role:You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are running smoothly and meet project requirementsSupervise work crew and subcontractors following health and safety compliance and productivityEnsure all site policies and procedures are being adhered toOrganising materials and site deliveriesAccurately capture work hoursLead weekly pre-start meetings and attend other meetings as requiredAbout you:Ideally you will have a minimum 3 years' experience managing site operations and experience working in the Remedial and Maintenance industry:Solid site supervisory experience with proven track recordCarpentry qualified (advantageous)Available for some weekends and able to travel to regional NSW at timesCan make decisions and be accountable for your actionsExcellent communication skills with clients, management team, employees and subcontractorsTake initiate and get hands on when you need toHighly organised with attention to detailWe expect professionalism, punctuality, intelligence, energy, and a get it done attitude.We are looking to bring our new supervisor on board as soon as possible, but we will spend the necessary time to find the best fit.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
