You'll transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our branch while delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers with a friendly and qualified attitudeTransfer customers safely between the airport terminal and our branchAssist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle vehicleLoad and unload customer luggage as requiredMaintain communication with our shuttle dispatch team to optimise route efficiencyEnsure the safety and comfort of passengers at all timesFollow all road rules, company policies,



and safety proceduresWork collaboratively as part of a supportive and diverse teamHelp maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle vehicleAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A current, unrestricted Australian driver's licenceExceptional customer service and communication skillsA professional and well-presented appearanceStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessA positive attitude and genuine team spiritThe flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays when requiredThe ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and handling luggagePrevious experience in customer service, transport, hospitality, tourism, or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded but is not essential.Why Join East Coast Car Rentals?
