We are seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Tradespeople—including Electricians, Fitters, and Plumbers—who are ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced, supportive, and innovative environment.With over 30 years of successful operation, our Tongala site is integral to our business, processing high volumes of cattle with a strong emphasis on export markets.
As part of the Greenham team, you'll contribute directly to production reliability, continuous improvement, and exciting innovation projects.What You'll Be DoingPreventive and breakdown maintenance on plant machinery and equipmentDiagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsAssisting with installation and commissioning of new equipment and capital projectsWelding and fabrication (highly regarded)Working with automation systems, packaging equipment, and modern control technologiesSupporting safe, efficient operations, including occasional weekend or after-hours workWhat You'll BringMust hold one of the following trade qualifications: Electrical Licence, Fitting & Turning qualification, or Plumbing certificationExperience in manufacturing, food processing, or industrial maintenanceStrong diagnostic and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to protected work practices (including ability to work at heights or in confined spaces)Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)Effective communication and teamwork skillsA proactive,
