At Munro Footwear Group (MFG), we're looking for an RFID Inventory Specialist to build on the success of our RFID program and continue transforming how we manage inventory across our brands.
You'll play a key role in improving stock accuracy, reducing shrinkage and delivering data-driven insights that support better business decisions.Working across Finance, Retail, Supply Chain and Technology, you'll be our RFID subject matter expert, partnering with teams across the business to solve complex challenges, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement in inventory management.About the roleLead and manage RFID stocktake programs across stores and distribution operationsDrive stock integrity by analysing RFID data and identifying opportunities for process improvementInvestigate stock discrepancies, shrinkage trends, stock loss and inventory anomalies, recommending practical solutionsPartner with Retail,
