roadshows and capital raising materialsLeadershipLead and mentor a small Investor Relations teamWork closely with executive leadership across investments, finance and operationsProvide strategic investor insights to support broader business growthGovernance & ComplianceEnsure capital raising activity aligns with AFSL and compliance obligationsOversee the accuracy and quality of investment documentation and collateralAbout YouYou are a commercially astute capital markets professional with deep experience raising capital within property funds management, alternative investments or broader financial services.You will likely bring:Proven experience raising capital from wholesale investors, family offices or private wealth channelsStrong relationships across HNW/UHNW investors and intermediary networksExperience within unlisted property or alternative asset fundsStrong understanding of commercial property markets and investment structuresExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesA collaborative, relationship-first approach with high professional integrityRelevant tertiary qualifications within finance, commerce, law or related disciplines will be highly regarded, alongside postgraduate qualifications such as CFA, CA, CPA or MBA.Why This Opportunity?
