user stories and acceptance criteria.Facilitating workshops, meetings and requirement discussions.Mapping current and future state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.Supporting solution design, testing, user acceptance activities and business readiness.Managing requirement traceability, risks, issues and dependencies throughout delivery.Contributing to training, communications and adoption activities to ensure successful outcomes.What You'll BringEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholdersStrong stakeholder management and influencing capabilitiesA proactive mindset and motivation to explore AI, automation and new technologies to improve ways of working and business outcomesEnthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn and growExperience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes and user storiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency across the Microsoft Suite,
