preparation and presentation of produceEnsure compliance with food safety standards and halal methodsPreparing all the fresh meat cuts to the customer demand with the teamCut the meat and marinate in different stylesMaking the orders of restaurants and caterers as requestedFulfilling the cut and culinary tastes and demand of Muslim customers largely of sub-continent India, Pakistan and Bangladesh originCreate a welcoming environment for customersBe a team player, help supervise and train the team to work with KPI'sEnsure Meat Display Windows are clean and attractiveUse the trim and residue of meat properly to increase the profitabilityTrack and ensure correct packaging of customer orders for timely pick and/or delivery dailySkill & ExperienceRequirements:Have a minimum of one years' experience working as a butcherBe able to provide recommendations to customers on the suitability of certain meat produceExcellent customer service and communication skills
