Issue audit selection notifications as required.Schedule audit evaluations for self-release suppliers and maintain the audit database to ensure records remain current.Coordinate travel arrangements for Field Resources traveling on behalf of customer when neededContinual communication with Field Resources regarding complianceBack up Program Coordinator when outMiscellaneous tasks as assigned by Program ManagerRequirementsMust be detail orientedMust have strong MS Office experienceExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skills with follow-up and and follow-through abilityMust be able to work in a fast-paced setting, have the ability to change priorities and multi-taskNotesGE provides a desk, phone, and computer equipment.The preferred candidate would be detail oriented with good computer skills and a background in manufacturing quality.
