This role is central to our day-to-day performance; coordinating contractors, managing job bookings, and keeping operations moving across multiple projects.About the RoleThe Allocator is responsible for managing incoming job bookings from customers and project teams, allocating the right contractors and equipment, and maintaining accurate data within our OMS system.This role requires someone who is organised, calm under pressure, and able to make clear decisions in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound calls professionally and efficientlyEnter and manage job bookings in OMS (Operations Management System) with accuracyCommunicate clearly with customers, sales staff and project teamsAllocate compliant contractors and equipment to scheduled jobsBuild strong working relationships with contractors and support ongoing recruitmentSet up new COD accounts, verify details and process pre-authorisationsMaintain accurate job notes and documentationIdentify unsupplied jobs and proactively work towards solutionsSupport Lantrak's Transport Manager with contractor performance monitoringAbout youStrong communication skills and professionalismAble to work in a fast-paced,
