You'll manage the full student learning experience, including mentoring and workplace assessment.Whether you're an experienced Trainer or a Director/Supervisor or Ed Leader with strong people skills and a passion for education—we'll support and induct you to deliver training excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver CHC***** and CHC***** training and assessment in some of the regions leading early learning centresConduct workplace assessments and mark theoretical unitsProvide exceptional student support and foster a culture of excellenceWhat We're Looking ForAlignment with our core values - professionalism, team, trust, quality and WOW!
100% commitment to the student journeyHigh EQ candidatesEarly Childhood Education and Care qualificationsCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE*****) or willingness to enrolStrong organisational and communication skillsA self-driven, results-oriented mindsetExcellent interpersonal and consultative abilitiesAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesEnthusiastic, professional, and adaptable to changeBlue CardExperience in centre-based training is a plus—but not essential.
