Labourpower are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join our team in Altona.Ideally, the successful candidate would come from a blue-collar recruitment environment.
They would have developed the ability to build instant rapport with clients and would have fine-tuned their administration, HR/Safety and customer service skills or a willingness to learn.Your responsibilities will include:Manage, service and grow your portfolio of accounts ensuring excellent customer service is always providedRecruit, interview, onboard and induct candidatesConduct site visits, risk assessments and toolboxes for all designated clientsWorkforce rostering via our own custom designed technologyAttend to pay queries and payroll emails promptlyIdentify, cultivate and develop new clients and opportunitiesThe knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for:Demonstrated experience in blue collar recruitment,



including recruitmentExceptional time management and highly organisedA robust internal & external rapport with key stakeholdersAble to multi-task in this exciting high volume environmentIntermediate to advanced computer and MS office skillsCar and license essentialPrevious FT360 experience highly regardedWhat's in it for You?
