you will play a key role in growing the company's client base and securing new commercial projects.You will be responsible for:Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regionsBuilding relationships with builders, developers, architects, designers, shopfitters, project managers and other commercial clientsProactively prospecting and generating your own sales opportunitiesManaging existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat businessFollowing up leads, enquiries, tenders and potential projectsPresenting the company's capabilities, products and services to prospective clientsMaintaining a strong sales pipeline and following opportunities through from initial contact to closeAttending client meetings, site visits and industry networking opportunitiesWorking closely with estimating, production and project teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to deliveryDeveloping long-term relationships rather than simply chasing one-off salesRepresenting the business professionally and becoming a trusted point of contact for clientsWho We're Looking ForIdeally, you will have experience in commercial joinery, however we are very open to candidates with transferable sales experience from industries such as:Commercial constructionCommercial fit-outsShopfittingCabinetry or kitchen manufacturingBuilding products and materialsArchitectural productsTimber or hardwareFurniture or commercial interiorsDoors, frames, flooring or fixturesTrade salesConstruction servicesManufacturingB2B project-based salesYou may even be someone who has worked within the joinery, cabinetmaking, construction or fit-out industry and is ready to get off the tools and move into sales.Ready for your next opportunity?
