The team offers a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where employees are valued and supported.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and finance operations while supporting accurate reporting, payroll, compliance, and cash flow management across the business.Some of your responsibilities will include:Completing bookkeeping, account reconciliations and resolving financial discrepanciesManaging end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, including supplier invoices, customer payments, and expense processingProcessing payroll, superannuation, leave entitlements, and preparing/lodging payroll tax obligationsPreparing monthly management accounts, financial reports,
and month-end statements, including commentary on financial performanceAssisting with BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement, cash flow projections, budgeting, and financial forecastingLiaising with clients, accountants, and the ATO, onboarding new employees, setting up MYOB files, and providing finance support to staffAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Previous experience as a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, Bookkeeper, or similarStrong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processesExperience processing payroll, preparing reconciliations and financial reportsStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProactive problem-solving skills and sound judgementExperience using Xero, MYOB and Microsoft Office (at least intermediate level for Excel)What's in it for You?
