The RoleReporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an existing pipeline of quotations, proactively engaging with customers and converting opportunities into confirmed sales.Working closely with internal engineering and technical teams, you'll gain an understanding of each project's technical requirements before confidently communicating with customers,



addressing questions and progressing opportunities through to completion.Managing an existing database of outstanding quotations and sales opportunitiesContacting customers via phone and email to progress and convert quotations into confirmed worksBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Strata Managers and commercial customersCollaborating with internal technical, engineering and operations teams to understand project scope and technical requirementsProviding exceptional customer service throughout the sales processFollowing up enquiries in a timely and professional manner while maintaining accurate CRM recordsIdentifying opportunities to maximise sales outcomes and improve customer engagementWorking collaboratively across the business to ensure a seamless customer experience from quotation through to project deliveryAbout YouWe're looking for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, building trust and driving results.Previous experience in sales, account management or business developmentA technical or trade-related sales background will be highly regardedConfidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makersStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyA proactive approach with the ability to follow up and close sales opportunitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills across phone and emailExperience working collaboratively with technical or operational teams is highly desirableThis role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and seeing opportunities through to a successful outcome.
