You'll manage your own regional workload, coordinate trades and work directly with homeowners to deliver practical, timely outcomes.

The culture is collaborative, accountable and performance‐focused, with a clear expectation that leaders set the standard.The OpportunityReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage post-handover maintenance and warranty matters across the Gold Coast region.
You will inspect completed homes, assess reported issues and coordinate the required rectification work through to completion.
You'll work closely with homeowners, trades, contractors and the wider construction team to ensure matters are handled promptly and to the required standard.
While this is an autonomous regional role,



you will remain connected to the wider team and spend two days each week working from the Brisbane southside office.Why this role stands outTake ownership of a defined Gold Coast regionSpend most of your week in the field rather than behind a deskWork with established trades, systems and internal supportJoin a business that takes post-handover service seriouslyUse your construction knowledge without managing a full build programWork for an award‐winning builder backed by a stable national groupReceive a company service vehicle for work‐related travelKey responsibilitiesConduct post-handover inspections across the Gold CoastAssess reported defects and maintenance issuesPrepare clear inspection reports and recommended actionsExplain maintenance and warranty outcomes to homeownersCoordinate trades and contractors to complete rectification workIssue and monitor maintenance work through to completionFollow up outstanding work and keep matters progressingInspect completed rectification work and confirm the required standard has been metMaintain accurate records, reports and customer updatesWork within relevant service and warranty guidelinesApply QBCC requirements, NCC provisions and applicable standards and tolerancesIdentify recurring defects and provide feedback to the construction teamSupport construction staff with quality and practical completion mattersAttend the Brisbane southside office two days each weekRequirementsA trade background, ideally Carpentry or a closely related building tradeResidential construction,
