This could be your chance to start an exciting and rewarding career in the Energy Industry.Electrical and Instrumentation ApprenticeshipDual trade apprenticeship over 5 yearsEarn a Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician (UEE*****) and Certificate III in Instrumentation and Control (UEE*****)This role involves the routine maintenance of equipment including repair, fault finding and assisting with shutdown activities including the overhaul of equipment, such as gas turbines, compressors and generators.Able to apply for an Unrestricted Electrical Contractor Licence upon completion of your studies.You will gain technical knowledge on hydrocarbon (natural gas) processing systems and develop trade skills.
Your training will involve both on-the-job and classroom-based learning, both at local sites and registered training organisations.To be successful you will be:An Australian citizen or permanent resident who resides in QueenslandAble to work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts on a 2 week on/off roster out of RomaA team player with a willingness to actively contribute to achieving resultsA high commitment to safety, quality and attention to detail and proceduresPassionate about building a career in the Energy IndustryCompleted, or about to complete, Year 12 with a pass in Mathematics,
