Leading by example, you will oversee daily outlet operations, champion our service rituals, and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
Working across a variety of premium dining and beverage experiences, you will mentor and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful and memorable.Key Responsibilities:Leading and inspiring Food & Beverage teams during serviceDelivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues professionallyTraining, coaching and developing team members to uphold Elysium Noosa's service standards and service ritualsEnsuring consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences across all outletsDriving a culture of hospitality excellence through leading by exampleEnsuring service standards, presentation and cleanliness are maintainedAssisting with rostering, stock control and operational planningDriving food and beverage sales through product knowledge and upsellingSupporting conferences, events and functions as requiredManaging opening and closing proceduresEnsuring compliance with RSA,
