The preparation, the service, the standard - all of it.Manage day-to-day section operations and supervise Commis and Demi ChefsPlan and execute mise en place for smooth, consistent servicePrepare, cook and plate dishes to Omnia's standard - every coverMonitor stock, check deliveries and assist with orderingTrain and mentor junior chefs in technique and kitchen standardsMaintain food safety and hygiene to HACCP and FIFO requirementsFollow and uphold cleaning schedules consistentlyTuesday to Saturday.
