Yarrabilba Mower Centre is seeking a skilled and dedicated Small Engine Mechanic to join our team on a full time basis in Yarrabilba, QLD.
This is a hands-on technical position where you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining small engines used in lawn mowers, chainsaws, generators, and other equipment.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive reliable service and maintain their equipment in optimal working condition.
This role is central to our business operations and customer satisfaction.Key responsibilitiesDiagnose faults and perform repairs on small engines from various manufacturersConduct routine maintenance tasks including servicing, filter changes, spark plug replacements, and fuel system cleaningDisassemble, inspect, and reassemble engine components with precision and careTest repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety standardsMaintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs completedCommunicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommended solutionsOrder and manage parts inventory as needed for repairs and maintenanceAdhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean,
