UnitingSA is seeking dedicated individuals for a Casual Youth Worker role in our supported youth accommodation setting.
You will work on a 24-hour roster across day, afternoon and overnight shifts, building therapeutic relationships with young people and guiding them toward independence through living skills, education and community connection.The role requires trauma-informed practice knowledge, experience handling high-risk situations, and maintaining skilled boundaries.
