With more than a century's worth of experience across six generations, the art of harnessing pure plant power is in our nature.About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to join our Operations team at our Minto facility.This hands-on role is critical to ensuring our Herbal Medicine products are packaged efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Working closely with the Packaging Team Leader and Operations Manager, you will support daily packaging operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and complianceYour key responsibilities will include:Filling, capping, labelling, and packaging herbal medicine productsFollowing packaging procedures and GMP requirementsSupporting production schedules to ensure orders are completed on timeCompleting production data entry and batch record documentation accuratelyUpdating stock and production outputs within internal systemsConducting routine cleaning and sanitation of packaging equipment and work areasIdentifying and reporting quality issues, equipment faults, or production variancesAdherence to WHS and proper use of equipment, housekeeping, correct lifting techniques, hazard reporting, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.Maintaining a safe, clean,



and organised work environmentAbout YouYou are a dependable team player who takes pride in producing quality work.
You have robust attention to detail, enjoy working in a structured environment, and understand the importance of following procedures and maintaining compliance standards.To be successful, you'll bring:Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, production, pharmaceutical, food, or complementary medicine environmentExposure to GMP-regulated workplaces (highly regarded)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent time management and organisational skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work under pressure and meet production deadlinesA positive, respectful and kind attitude and willingness to learnThis role involves regular manual handling, including lifting, carrying, moving and handling equipment/materials.
