This is a full time opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of the drinks list while delivering exceptional customer service.About the RoleAs the venue manager, you will lead the launch of an exciting new opening and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist leadership team with the launch of a new venue.Oversee operations, administration, and service standardsLead, develop, and manage the venue's beverage program, including wine and cocktail offeringsDeliver exceptional customer service and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphereSupervise and mentor the front-of-house team, including rostering, training, and performance managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulationsConduct financial processes and reporting.Support the planning and execution of events and functions.Contribute to ongoing improvement of systems, policies,
